Sorry, I meant I had to connect the old drives to another Win10 system with a caddy and remove all the partitions (make them "raw"). Also adding a simple volume partition afterwards works too.

FIXED - Ended up reflashing the BIOS, which restored the RAID utility. BTW, my G15 keyboard would not register the CTRL-I to get into the utility... I had to use a PS/2 keyboard, which required a CMOS reset in order to recognize. Just posting this in case anyone else runs into this.
They are plugged into Ports 3 & 4 respectively, yes. However, shouldn't the RAID utility load up regardless?
NOTE: Forgot to mention, once I get to the "black screen", it will only boot to that afterwards and needs a CMOS reset to fix.

Just put SP1 on my Windows 7 64-bit.... now my Catalyst 11.2 drivers CLIstart startup item pops up with a UAC permission request with every boot. I tried uninstall/reinstall, but no help. I can uncheck the item through msconfig and it goes away, but I'd like to have a fix/reason...

No problem. I recommend you grab memtest 4.0 and run at least 1 or 2 passes on your RAM before you install Windows, just to be sure it's error free. After this last experience I will be doing that as part of my normal build routine... lesson learned.

"Memory Ratio" was changed from AUTO to 5 (making the Mhz = 1333)... but when that didn't work I set it back to AUTO and the speed dropped back to 1066.

The RAM was "faulty"... advertised to run at 2.0v and was actually running at 2.2v. The new RAM uses a different chip setup and runs at a lower voltage.
Played around all weekend, no issues.... looks like the RAM was the culprit. When I contacted Crucial they replied that the RAM I have has a voltage issue, and they will replace it with the new updated version through RMA.

UPDATE: I managed to get hold of another RAM Kit to try... so far no issues/problems! I hope Crucial has a decent RMA policy. I will give a final update after the weekend... that should tell me if the RAM was the problem or not. Thanks.
