Upgrading ram to 4 possibly 8gig and need advice

Z-5500 subwoof gone bad!

Hi, I've a z-5500 set and the sub is no longer working. I was wondering if anybody know where i can get a replacement for it? If not perhaps an alternate sub? I still have the speakers and the remote but the sub just aint working no more. Thanks.

A follow up: I went out and bought a BFG 7950GT OC PCI-E again it didn't work. Same problem occur. So at this point it lead me to the driver compatible problem. If I read this right from nvidia website, the 97.92 is mainly for 8800 series card and the 93.xx is for anything that 7950 and...

I have Maxtor MaXLine III 7L300S0 300GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive as the title have said.. it can only recognize 279Gig out of 300gig drive. Why is that? 21gig is a lot to lose... I dont' mine 5 or 10 but 21? There must be something wrong... I plug the sata in port 4 and my 2 other...

Looking for a HD Tower... like an external closure.

Fresh Daemon great point. Actually everybody here give out awsome point. But I would like to see more ... :) Dual core is the way to go now and will be in the future. Software maker will likely have to adapt to it and write a dual core appz.

thanks greenman, well the reason I post this is to show one of my other friend, who's thinking of upgrading to dual core... but this guy is giving him a reason not to and I'm giving him a reason to and stuff. So that's where the disagreement come from. :)

Well, I'm thinking like this. Raptor as for my main OS. Maybe 2 sataII drive in raid-0 for Gamings and Movies wise. My 120Gig Seagate for important data and document and such. How is that setup? Any idea of a better setup for this? thanks.

Plexor 712s not working

hi voodoo, the problem is... it can't read any disc that I've put in. I use Fujifilm DVD +R to burn stuff. I've use it thousands of time in other system with the same drive and no problem. Problem is when I swap this drive into my new system.. that's when it start.
