Black flashing with 8800GTS under Vista

My rig runs other games (MOH Airborne, FarCry, HL2:Lost Coast, Hitman Blood Money, STALKER etc) just fine without lockups/artifacts. However, the issue with 3DMark06 remains. I have the latest drivers and am using the F10 BIOS for the motherboard
