Does anyone here also think that AMD shot themselves in the foot with that decision? Because the more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that it was a crucial mistake, and moving away from it (monolithic design) could have single handedly alleviate most if not all the problems that AMD...

I'm not a big fan of D&D, I actually dislike it and I prefer Dark Conspiracy and Ars Megica, for the record. You don?t have levels in many RPGs. I looking for gaming experience, not technical terms.

So if a throwing knife is headed strait to you face what? It magically vanishes? then what is the point in giving the character that ability? And at different enemies? Again my original point is in Fallout these abilities belong to the character, if it is the player that determine the success...
