There isn't such thing here, you only work through the vendor itself. and that's bad, very bad. If you want my personal experience, the MSI NX6800 GT in my list is a 12 Pipelines that was sold as 16 Pipelines! (making it perform more like a 6800 non-gt) Now, MSI at the states confessed...

Could be, but evga are still 70$ more expensive here... you must agree that paying 70$ extra for a evga instead of a leadtek is pretty ridicolus.

I get a warranty from the vendor, that's why I wont mess with it too much. and yeah, I've heard about ppl that got a faulty 7900, mostly evga's. I'm going with leadtek, hopefully I wont have too much trouble with that.:confused:

With what should I replace my 19" CRT?

I know they fixed a few issues such as backlight bleeding when going from the 930B to the 930BF. so that's why I'm not getting a 930B. bad thing is that we currently have the 730BF here, but we have no idea when is the 930BF is gonna ship. :(

Core runs at 350mhz, and memory at 1000mhz, just like any regular 6800GT but it only has 12 pipelines and 5 vertex shaders "256-bit NV40 [A1,12x1, 5vp ] with 256MB DDR" -rivatuner the normal 6800GT comes with 16x1 , 6vp... there should be like 10-15% diffrence between those two...

SP2 Reducing Scores at 3DMark ?

Need Help Deciding on Upgrades

I think that for a setup of 2Xgts + fx/ath64 a ~500 watt psu should be suffice... Antec, Enermax and Ocz all have psus at newegg with a 500-550W in the 100$ area... either save the extra $$ or get a stronger cpu

I'd say get 2 gt's instead of ultra. replace that psu with a better known company and the rest of the money spend on a better cpu if you like.

why are you so keen about getting tt ? sure they get good reviews, yet from what I heard they arent so trusty as other manufactors. ...must be a reason whey they are so cheap ;) if you want a psu for years of use I'd say get tagan/enermax/antec/pcpower...

Anyone know anything about a Samsung 730B monitor?

how would you compare it with other samsung monitors? 710T/N, 915N ? the 730B is infact 710T new version (oh so it seems) does the 8MS seems smother than the 12MS , and does it affect the IQ by any way ? you guys so lucky you live in the u.s...it may take a while till those monitors...

what res are you running? I heard that the diffrences are only visible at 1278x1024+ moreover I read somewhere that dvi limits the refresh rate to only 60fps... are those true?

thing is I bought a dual DVI card (it was actually cheaper than every other card by a considerable amount ) so to me it looks kinda dumb connecting a dual dvi card to a VGA lcd through an adapter :/
