Like Fausto said, do an energy drink on the bike along with a gel or two and make sure to hit a water stop on the run. She can't eat or drink on the swim and it's hard as heck to eat on the run so most of her mid-race fueling should be done on the bike.
Best of luck to her!
Keep hitting the weights. Running is an excellent exercise for cardio, but gets pitiful results when it comes to building muscle mass. Marathon runners are typically very skinny.
While I think Tom joyner's radio show does it's part to promote black power, there were plenty of other people in that forum that didn't think that being called "boss" was such a big deal.

Most of the time when I use Photoshop at work, it's for web graphics and small-time print jobs. A friend of mine has e-mailed me a .PSD file for some t-shirts he wants to get printed and has asked for a color separation.
Is this hard to do? If not, how do I do it?

Eat less AND run/cycle. Since good running shoes are much cheaper than a good bike, I'd stick with running. Check out this site fo' mo' info: Calorie Expendature Calculator

<< I hate it when those stupid bikers think they own the road and ride right in the middle of the lane leaving u no room to pass them up. If they get hit by cars it's their fault, they should ride on the freakin sidewalk or something or go ride some mountain trails. >>
I don't own the road...
<< This guy got way too stiff a penalty. And if a 'vehicle' doesn't require a licence plate, or a licenced operator, it shouldn't be on the road. Period. >>

If you can't pass, then don't! I have every right to ride by bike on just about every road but an interstate. Can you describe a situation when you don't have...
<< Bicycles on major roads are an antiquated form of transportation that need to be removed. Any road in which an 18-wheeler is authorized to drive on should be illegal for vehicles that can go no faster than 20 mph. >>

Time to pedal .5 mile @ 20 MPH = 1.5 minutes (not much of a workout if you ask me) Chance of meeting a woman @ 20 MPH on bike = slim
Time to walk .5...

You're running pretty slow then.
