Just wondering as I have the P5W DH Deluxe and I just flashed tothe 0801, but since I was the P5B Deluxe having a new BIOS 0507 with:
1. Support Conroe CPU ratio adjustment
3. Enhance performance when using NVDIA 7950GX2 VGA card
6. Support Max FSB from 500 MHz to 650 MHz

You can unlock the GeForce 6800 GS AGP but not the PCI-E version so be aware of that... Also the voltage can be modified in the BIOS of the GS to increase the performance. ;)
Well the GeForce 6800 XT AGP can be unlocked just like the GeForce 6800 Standard or LE could be unlocked. And also a voltage mod can be done to increase the overclocking of the GPU. :)
I would go for the GeForce 6800 GS (AGP) as that features the NV40 (which should be able to unlock pipes like on the GeForce 6800 Standard) or the Radeon X800 GTO... And there you have some lole the GTO² and the GTO16 that can be unlocked as well. :)
