Which wide angle lens for Canon XTi?

Which should I buy? Sigma 17-35mm f/2.8-4.0 vs Sigma 15-30mm f/3.5-4.5 Assume they cost the same price (new vs used). Will use for: 1) Portraits/Close-Ups (because I don't like to stand 6-10 feet away to take portaits.) 2) Low light 3) Landscapes Recommendations? Nightmares?

ever hear of a dead pixel on a crt?

Is it possible to flash a Seagate drive to make it NCQ?

How much RAM is too much?

A few questions on onboard ide and pci raid card setup

Dang. I just place an online order for the Antec because of the adapters, and now I feel awkward second guessing myself. I think I'll run down to the local Action Surplus to see if the sell cheap adapters, maybe I can cancel my order in time.
