Under the geneva convention eh?
The Geneva Convention specifically states "The passing of sentences and the carrying out of executions without previous judgment pronounced by a regularly constituted court affording all the judicial guarantees which are recognized as indispensable by civilized...
It's good to see the international community all on the same page for once. I still hope for a diplomatic solution of course, so I think the increase in the US budget for propaganda is a damn good sign. Even if Tehran is being arsey. Any hopes that the Russians will sway even slightly Tehrans...
Wait... what?
As for Brokeback.. meh it was alright. Not deserving of the extreme praise though, and really not oscar nomination worthy... though that's never stopped an oscar winner before.
Also quick questions. When you look at the one most people seems to consider the worst, the Bomb/Turban image, unarguably the poster child of this whole thing... and perfect for Tshirts.
What do you think the artists intent was within the context of the article?
What do you think the...
How exactly are they supposes to atone for their mistake? The newspaper apologized and Danish muslims accepted it. The Danish governement had nothing to do with it.
The actual reason they were published in the first place, if you are not just pretending to be interested, was to highlight the...
What are the chances that jails make good training camps and recruitment centers.
Stick him in a sound proof box but don't tell him nobody can hear him.
I have the Crumpler Base Toucher, it's an exceptional bag and one of the best made bags I have come across. Also I didn't find the colour choice too nice either, so I went with a custom made one. Quite expensive but I love it to pieces.
Yikes. My first guess would be that it rolled. If the cars were not properly secured or there is a lot of water in the car deck it could happen, as they say it was rough. And it wouldn't be the first time either (see Herald of Free Enterprise and Estonia). Other than that I have no idea (apart...
Thanks for the reply,
I was leaning that way, simply because I started searching and the Seagate 7200.8 line seems to have incured the wrath of the internet. This is the first drive I have ever had go down on me so it was an interesting experience. I mean bad clusters I have dealt with since...
Phew... last night my 7200.7 200GB died on me... glad I'm not alone. So the 7200.8 is an okay replacement? Bearing in mind that I have to pick one up on the way home from work. Ie 2 hours I don't expect a reply to this.
[edit]My original post on the subject.
[edit again]No wait... there...
My Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 200GB died last night. I need to pick up a new hard disk today. I've checked with the one store in my area I actually trust not to screw with me and my options are thus... based on my budget and what they have in stock.
Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250GB SATA 8MB...
About 30K I'd guess... renting a flat and student loans taken into account. It would be lower but I have over 15K of that in my bank account.
26 years old.
I hope Fatah manages to atleast work as a decent opposition. But they screwed up and lost. It's probably a futile hope but I'd like to see this added legitimacy help reign in terror activities.
A commisioned guy once forced out of a deal because the ****** wouldn't quit trying to get me to add stuff to the order. On the other hand the majority of hourlies don't know ******. These days I tend to either buy online or if I know of a good deal, do all the research I can before going into...
Because Europe and China can't possibly do anything about them?
This with the Iranian PM currently accusing the UK of trying to kill him after the bomb blasts.
I too am trying to find ways to avoid using their services. However apart from Yahoo and Microsoft (who caved on this issue ages ago) what other search engine choices have I got? The same goes for my free email provider.
University party... she left early, I tried to catch up with her but was prevented from leaving by a crazy norwegian weilding a guitar. Luckily I ran into her 2 days later.... we went out and 5 years later we still haven't come back in again.
Odd, I signed up for they're updates and they didn't tell me this.
In the event of a sudden 400 dollars I'd probably get a new monitor. Though the keyboard or a better digital camera would be cool.
I bought a used router, but atleast I knew it was used. A lot of wireless routers get returned because the user is simply to stupid to set it up. There is probably nothing wrong with it but you shouldn't pay full price for it.
