temp too high?

Hi, I have dfi ultra-d nf4....the comp in my sig...I'd idling at 53 C for the motherboard temp...is this too hot? I can lower the temp by adjusting fan settigns in bios but the mobo fan on the dfi is so annoyingly loud at full blast..

you only hear it if you set high fan settings, 50% fan noise for me is audible but not loud at all and 50% keeps my laod temps @ 65

hot cpu after standby

Hi i like after waking my computer (in my sig) from standby the fans are on full blast. i check speedfan and it says my @ 56 when they usually are at 26. CPU-Z reports an undervoltage of 1.2 on the core and it reports default cpu speed of 2.2. everything is fine when i reboot but I really like...

x1800xt overclocking

is there a way to set overclocks/voltages profiles for 2d and 3d modes? I would like to run low votlages and low clocks on and higher voltages and clocks for 3d.

x1800xt fan speed

Hi I jsut got my x1800xt and did a little overclocking on it. I got it to 675core/800mem but it runs a little hot under load (75-80 degrees). Is there a way I can permanently st the fan speed, it works under overclocker.exe but i have to set the fan speed everytime i turn on the comp.

boot error

i think i found the solution, i switched from sata port from 4 to 2 and windows booted up find and everything. Mustve been something faulty with with sata 4, is this potentially bad, switching sata ports like that?

okay i have this antec 550 TPII EPS12v i received as a present and i was playing around with it so i just plugged it into the wall without a mobo and tried to to turn it on. Nothing happened, is it doa or does it need a mobo connection to power on?

i plan on buy some ddr500 ram with my new system, when i first laod the system will the ram be rated @ 250mhz or will i have to raise the fsb/htt to 250 with a 1:1 divider to reach that speed?
