Need help picking a CPU and a Motherboard

Sorry, I am also a hardware newbie thinking of putting together a system. Exactly what does this mean? I am considering your set up as I would like something with the flexibility to overclock. But how important are the differences between the A2+ board and A2? thanks

Old System - DVD drive possible?

Hi, I am currently using a Pentium 233 MMX + 128RAM. Is it possible for me to buy a DVD drive and be able to play full-screen DVD movies without any lagging/skipping? Do I need to buy any extra hardware besides the drive? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Epson 860 $40 after rebate

Did anyone actually get a printed reciept from Onvia? I recieved my printer, but the only thing that says anything about Onvia is the tracking sticker. No reciept no rebate!!! That's a $50 reciept! What do i do?

Win2000 Pro for Pentium 233 MMX?

I'm currently running 98SE, I'm perfectly happy with it. However, i'm curious to know the effects that Installing Win2000 Pro. would have on my system. I have 128MB RAM, if that adds anything. Any advice is much appreciated. -the_if
