    Nice! However, those batteries aren't as dense as Li batteries. LiFePO4 18650's highest capacity currently is @1500mAh vs @3500mAh for Li ones. The nice thing about LiFePO4 is high temperature application like dashcams for really hot summers.

    If you don't want to rock the boat by making your boss do it (workplace saftey issue), then yes, go ahead and do what you need to do to make yourself safe if the cost doesn't hurt your wallet. Another option is to ask your boss if you can work from home because of the work conditions :D

    Gives you health problems down the road, costs quite a bit, inconvenient because you have to smoke in a designated area (outside when it's cold/blistering hot/etc), makes you smell, etc. You should try to quit.
