Never expected to find mislabeled parts, because I'd never seen it from Vishay (via Mouser). I did it to match the resistors of the left and right channels of a headphone amp that I'm about to build.
Ha! I've used TE Connectivity branded resistors that were made in India. They were actually quite good, though they looked hand made. And they were. I'll put up a picture later when I get home.
They were on the line output of an amp that I built.
I think it's a mislabeled part. I would expect a counterfeit part to be off-spec by a couple of percentage points, but not that far off.

I have confirmed it with another multimeter. The cheapo meter was handy when I took the picture. I've been using Vishay RN resistors for years and had never come across anything like this. I got more resistors coming from Mouser. I'm keeping this unicorn for my collection.

Voltage set at 1.35v in BIOS, set load line calibration to high and squeezed out another 100 MHz. Posted at 4.7 GHz but would not boot into Windows. Overclocking this thing is boring. I remember the old days with an Opteron 165, working for days to get 3 GHz stable. Gonna let it ride at 4.2...
With the vcore manually set at 1.3v in bios, it's showing 1.7v in CPU-Z and HW monitor at 4.5 GHz. It's still early in the BIOS development for the Gigabyte board. Maybe it'll get straightened out with later BIOS.
