How do I recovery a password from a NT/2000/XP machine?

Optorite DD0203 reboot problem

I had the same problem too, but it seemed to be happening on all my optical drives, including my CDRW, my DVDROM, and the DD0203 when the DD0203 was installed?! When I took out the drive, the problem disappeared. I'm sure the DD0203 was a master on the Secondary Channel but that didn't fix...

Just found out that Optorite has just released a new firmware (v2.30). What I don't like about their updates is that it does not include any documentation on what the new firmware addresses. Does anyone here know? Should I update?

I agree, unless you are looking for those laptops that are "desktop replacements" If you have plans to move around alot with your laptop, the lighter the better.
