    I'd suggest a SI-120 SI-120 + P4 650 at 4.06 + Nexus silent fan + P180 stuffed with more Nexus's = 29 at idle and 52 at load for me.

    That sure sounds like a dead power supply. At least that is what mine did when my PS died. I know that FrozenCPU sells power supply testers. Last month they were giving them away with a purchase of a PS, but I don't know if that deal is up anymore.

    Which fan for SI-120?

    I use a Nexus silent on my Si-120. Yeah, it doesn't have great airflow, but at max speed, it's dead silent. That's the nice thing about the Si-120. A little airflow goes a long way with it. I idle below 30 and peak out just over 50 when stressing.

    I don't think it was ever really established that cooling was the problem. Your temps don't seem that far out of line, esp if you're not overclocking. Randon restarts can also be attributed to power supply problems. Also, did you get a POST error from windows? You can check your logs.
