The problem is noise is often closely related to how much air the fan needs to move for the heatsink. If it's a cheapo fan or if it's just old then you can maybe get something quieter enough to matter.

I already threw that PSU out but the PWR_OK reads like it should be an on/off thing. If you powered up the PSU and that one is reading .95mv that should mean the power supply is telling the mobo that its not working correctly.

Ok I'm having a really weird problem. I just bought a PNY 6800 GS agp (VCG6800SAWB) card and installed it. I had previously uninstalled all the nforce drivers and what not from my old card.
