    You can just mount the fan, the radiator was designed that way. But you will get better temps if you use a shroud that's at least 1 inch deep............:)

    It really depends on the metal mix in the system, all copper, no problem with just distilled water normally. any aluminum in the picture, you had better have something to stop the corrosion.

    Should I order this case.

    All I know is that the UFO is the quietest running system I have at the house. That's even with a loud Laing D4 whiner (orignal 370 GPH) pump and 7 case fans. It beats the heck out of Cooler Master, Lian-Li and Thermaltake, alumimum or steel.

    It's the thickest aluminum I've seen used on a case. Mountain Mods says it's 3.25 mm, whatever that works out to. It appears to be about twice as thick as the side pannels on my old Lian-Li PC-60 case.

    Is it safe to plug 120mm fan into mobo fan headers?

    From what some of the quality MoBo makers have told me, the fan headers can handle up to a 6 watt fan on the average. But it's always best to check with your board maker as there are a ton of different boards out there as you know. A quick email to their tech support doesn't take any time at all.
