Looking for a new laptop

Like OVerLoRDI, I too am interested in purchasing a new laptop for under 2k. I was doing some research on systems for gaming and general use as my main system. I plan to have XP, some varient of Linux, and Hopefully, it will work with Vista. Obviously, I'll need a discrret graphics...

Best HDTV for under $2k?

" Sony 34inch XBR960 with super fine pitch. " I was thjinking about getting this TV. Have you ever used it as a Computer monitor? Is the quality of SDTV or digital any good or is it HDTV only?

Buying New Computer: Here are specs, suggestions?

Best LCD to Purchase?
