Horrible problem, freezing on boot.

I have http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16813128359 and am using http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820231122 The motherboard natives at 1066 instead of 800, but 1066 is really just clocked 800 as far as im aware. Is there a compatibility issue there?

Okay, I just put a brand new comp together and i'm having some issues. This is extremely frustrating. I installed windows, worked fine, installed graphic drivers, worked fine, installed mobo chipset drivers, worked fine... at least i thought. Now i get the wierdest situation ever...

Physical Memory Dump (X)

Tried 3 different .iso'd copies of windows (all are digital copies of legit copies due to a disk loss) and no luck. Tried on another HDD, no luck. Tried 1 stick of ram versus two, no luck. I'm getting super confused. It really shouldn't have anything to do with my windows discs...
