Separating hotspot from rest of network

Use this, much easier and does what you're looking for. Just plug into your network and creates a new network for guests which you can manage. It is also firewalled so you're safe. http://www.guest-internet.com/

Can you recommend a certain one as from looking around they seem to vary and not sure what would be considered decent. Also, does it matter on the screen size or will it automatically adjust? Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I should have meant that I can run a cable to connect the two networks together, therefore not using the internet but using it over the local network. So LAN1 is able to access LAN2 devices (but no internet) over the network but LAN2 uses its own internet...

I doesn't have to be HDMI, I can use vga too. I think the solutions are either the Video Wall Controller from iiview.com or using multiple video cards in a single PC. I've ordered an old matrox card with 4 x video outputs, by old I mean PCI lol so if that works I should be good. Its not...

Its funny you link to that one as that's the one I was talking about in my post earlier for about £800 each! I'm in the UK, London to be more specific. I had a look at the one you linked to but seems that if something were to go wrong with the unit I would probably be stuck with it...

That is just a splitter, it will split the same image over 4 monitors so wont work for what I need unfortunately

I would rather not go used to be honest. It looks like it will be the HP managed switch. It looks like it will do what's required and more, also has a lifetime warranty so that's always a bonus. Thanks for the help guys!

No problems with anything else on the switch, all the pc's are connected to that switch and wireless provided by a ubiquiti unifi LR AP connected to the same switch
