    Aside from the wireless (my 1490 is coming soon) everything is working just fine. Another small issue is the ethernet showing not connected, but thats another chalk to non perfect drivers yet. Once i get wireless it should be a non issue.

    Swapping the hard drive in the ps3 is not difficult. Make sure you have the proper screwdrivers though, as those screws strip extremely easy and you wont be able to take anything out without some serious work.
