These are not on sale because chips broke off and are floating around the box. I'd send it back without even putting it in my PC where it might short and cause problems.
They JUST now emailed me to tell me they were in stock. Obviously their email notifications are worthless, since I bought it yesterday.
It's currently showing in-stock for me at both NE and CV.
