My modchip supports Dev1 and Dev2 which directly boots from the memory card or hard drive. I just need some files installed on my memory card(not the PS1 game way).
I modded my PS2 also but my laser died and now I can't play any of my games. I want to soft mod it so I can play upload my games to a hard drive and play.

An exploit lets you run homebrew stuff on your PS2. I would do it myself but I my PS2 has the disc read error and I can't load any discs at all.
