2 dozen red roses for Valentine's Day were perfect. They lasted alomost 2 weeks.
I ordered another dozen last week, no problems at all.
I live in NJ if that means anything.

Did you already sign for the package? If not, you can refuse it.
Other then shipping it back yourself to Dell and absorbing the shipping cost, I think you are out of luck.
