Just noticed that my Windows clock has been rapidly gaining time today. Gained about 35 min since I reset it about 5 hours ago. MB is new Epox EP-8RDA+ running Win XP Pro.
Had been running fine for more than a week. Just started gaining time today as far as I can tell.

Thx. I wasn't sure that all versions of Win 95 could be upgraded to 98SE. I do remember that I was unable to upgrade Win 98 to 98 SE but I don't recall why. Do I need an upgrade cd or will the full install also work to upgrade.
A friend has an older pentium ... not sure of specs ... maybe 166 ... which he'd like to upgrade to Win 98SE but he prefers not to reformat harddrive. Is this a doable upgrade or must he reformat. Thx.
I took a chance and ordered this drive. Have it sitting here unopened. Box says it includes NTI software but it does not indicate that it incorporates burnproof technology on the box. The support website identifies lower speed models as burn proof but doesn't list the 48x. Anybody have any info...

I had just the opposite experience with MSI tech support. I had trouble getting a K7T board (I bought here) to post and they replaced it with a new K7t Turbo2 quickly and with no hassles. I have recommended them highly to others.

Rec'd my card yesterday and started testing tonight. Runs 3DMark 2000 @ 220/500 -- a bit higher score than my oc'ed Visiontek G3 Ti200. Nice card for around $70.
Just rec'd one today I purchased last week for $98 :disgust: It has the 3.3 ns Ram. Card, tv-out cable and driver cd came in bubblewrap. I've downloaded the latest official drivers and a tweak program from here but haven't installed it yet. Hopefully will have time tomorrow.
