Starting WoW...

But doesnt moving your hand off of the movement keys slow you down when doing fast paced pvp? meaning you lift your hand off of the QWES (or whatever) to press shift+(a number) and then move it back. Well I guess it doesnt really matter for spells with cast times...

OP: I found wowwiki to be a very good source for info. It gives good explanations plus has alot of links to all the other WoW website (specifically databases). Others: When you guys use your spells with hotkeys, how do you do it. Mouse for turning (and movement?) and left hand purely...

Usually people reformat their computers when they get them from stores b/c they have alot of useless programs installed (using up CPU and RAM). Next get the newest driver for all components of your computer. And then you can start looking into Overclocking the GPU. However, I suggest...

Compare this laptop to desktop please

Yeh, so if you are running at 1920x1200 then you have the UXGA. Its a nice screen. However you will run into trouble running games at the screens native resolution. So you must have the laptop now, do you like it? How well does CS:S run on it?

Compare this laptop to desktop please

The E1705 you listed has a WXGA+ = 1440x900 res. Not the UXGA =1920x1200 I think you will be able to play CS:S fine. Although the UXGA is very nice (got one on my i9300)

What's your favorite console excluding the current generation?

Although you can't top the older classics on NES, SNES and Sega Genesis... N64 brought the mainstream 4 player action. I cant tell you how many rounds of Golden-eye and Perfect Dark I have played. Brought together all the kids from the surrounding areas.

Everyone Looking for Buddy Keys: Just go to Turbine's website and email account management asking for a way to try out the game (sound interested). They email you with a phone number that you call and then they give you a key. Simple. Email replied almost instantly and only few min wait...

Looking to upgrade Dell Inspiron 9300

There is no Official graphics card up-grade for the 9300, but with a XPS power supply and XPS bios flash you are able to run a GeForce go 7800 GTX. Rarely find them on ebay...and for at least 4x what he is looking to spend. Do some searching/reading over at Notebookforum.com in the Dell...

Confused on Memory Speed/Naming

See thats the problem.... It doesnt seem like they are testing at DDR speeds of 1333 or 1500 (667mhz and 750mhz respectively)... unless I am mistaken. On the graphs of page 4, memory 1500 they have (370x8) which represents the CPU settings. That is 370mhz not 750mhz FSB... Also quote 2nd...

From my understanding (DDR2) PC2-5300 = 667mhz which is 2x333mhz PC2-6400 = 800mhz which is 2x400mhz PC2-8500 = 1066mhz which is 2x533mhz Intel's C2D and C2Q use quad-pumped FSB which is; 800 (4x200mhz) 1066 (4x266mhz) 1333 (4x333mhz) The most recent Anandtech Review got me really...
