First off you temp for the cpu is good
the floppy drive issue is strange but I have seen it before on an older system i removed a floppy and it still saw it so i disabled it it worked fine
and you can use an external usb floppy fine as well
the harddrive showing up as external is strange...
It seems that either somone misinformed you or you misunderstood what it can do
I checked thier website and what i thought was the case what you have is a camera that can record video and take pictures and can play back on the tv

im pretty sure my work sells that one and if its the mb im thinking of theres a thing that kinds looks like a ram chip by/between the 2 pci express slots one mode for single card and if you flip it one mode for 2 cards make sure that is correct and consult the mother board manual for any other...
try loading it with all the hardware except the 60 gb hard drive
and maybe try the 60gb in some other means- external or on another comptuer to see if it gives you any problems
It sounds loike low voltage caused a power problem im guessing u had the computer on a surge protector but not a battery back up with avr?
Sounds very strange one suggestion use a freinds/spare computer with sata to see whats good on the drives then go from there
check the maunal or manufactor of the mother board
also try taking the ram out if it makes the same beeps theres soem thing wrong with the ram
try each ram stick alone if u havent
pcmcia slots can die id first suggest getting another pcmcia card to try anything thats will work with you computer wireless, usb... jsut to see if the slots bad then go from there if it is you can get an usb wirecard- best option
Since you removed the spyware and im assuming you have up to date antivirus get a utilities program such as system mechanic there are others out there now that u removed the virsus and spyware you need to fix the problems it casue
Maybe try a different hard drive cable or different power connector from the power supply.
It?s possible your hard drive is causing it not likely it?s also possible it?s using just a lil to much power (the hair that broke the camels back).
Your power supply seems adequate maybe try...
