the motherboard is an asus a8n sli deluxe...yeah it said you could disable the warning messge or something...but yeah if somehting is wrong with it then yeah prolly not a good idea.. Cheers Tom

i'm not using any software...it tells me this when it boots... goes beep beep beep beeep then a message comes up saying cpu fan fail or speed too low

hey, i get this warning message about 85% of the time i turn on my computer which started happening about 3 weeks ago now i'd say. the fan sort of does whirlies then settles down after its been used for about 30mins to an hour. about a 2 weeks ago i decieded maybe the fan was faulty so i changed...

hey i am interested in buying one of these portable media players that is able to take music, photos and dvds etc from the computer and then play them back on the tv. does anyone have one of these devices and if so is it good and worthwhile, also could you recommend one that has good support...

hey guys i installed netbuei or what eva which seems to have fixed the problem all the comps can now see each other and the network is up and running so cheers for all the help Tom

is there a way of resetting all the networking tcp/ip etc so i can start agin without having to do stupid command sh*t cause i dont have a clue what im doing and when i followed some instructions on it it was meant to come out with this massive text doccument but all it said was [completed]...

ok well my main computer cannot find the actual workgroup it says "work group AAAA is not accessible, you might not have permission to use this network resource...the list of servers for the workgroup is not currently avaliable." but when i go on either of the other two computers they can...

all machienes use linksys gear, all are running XP service pack 2 if it matters and i am a bit of a Noob when it comes to this stuff...how can i find the IP addy of each comp...and i think it gets assigned one auto if that makes sence... Cheers

hey i have a wired/wireless network at my house, the main computer which is connected to the router and the internet is wired and another desktop and a laptop are wirelessly connected. i am having no problem establishing a conection to the internet on any of the machienes which is good, but now...

ok thats cool, got all the security stuff figured out, but can you network 2 of the 3 comps with this linksys router but i don't want the 3rd 1 networked as such but i still want it to be able to get on the internet cheers

ok i just bought these three things WAG54G WMP54G WPC54G and by some miricle managed to get the internet working on all three comps which is all good, now firstly i would like to know if i can network these comps using these devices and if so could some 1 please tell me how to do this...

yeah ok i did the 3dmark05 and got 3400ish is that about what i should be getting?? it just feels like its not quite hitting its potential in games and photo editing and video editing yeah i know its a budget crappy video card compared with the rest of my system but i just think it should...

yeah i saw that, and it says 64 and 64 FX but doesn't duel core use the same pins as those so that is why i way woundering if it worked

ok dude i had exactly the same problem with my 6600GT in my new comp playing GTA SA i installed all the new drivers from my comp and everything appears to be working alright now hope that might help ya Tom

Comp Freeze

ok a just put a new computer together and i started playing GTA SA and at random times during the game usually not long after starting the screen will just turn off and go into like idle mode and if a sound happened to be playing during the time it will keep repeating anyone had this problem...

hey i read that, cheers for the link but i still couldn't find anything about beeping it says something about posting(and common error messages with that, but it says it tells you things as in it speaks this only beeps. and its a reasonable long beep then a pause then another reasonably long...
