christ now i have this huge decision to make literally tomorrow, and i have a terrible feeling that your all right, adn that the 1900 will dominate the 1800. but i really dont wanna cancle my order and get a ****** card.

seriosly you guys? you really think i should cancel it and buy a crappy PCIe card just to wait for the next gen? gosh id dint think they wre goin to be that revolutionary. how much you think ill be able to sell the 1800 for on launch day of the 1900

well, heres the problem, i sold my x850xt pe today on anandtech, and now im switching to the pci e, which means i will have no other vid card if i cancel. i wonder how long they will let me have it before i return it. not a whole month..

my new stick is rated at CAS 2, and my two old ones were just CAS. so i set the BIOS to 2, but it did not fix the problem. i dont know where im going to be able to put 4-4-4-8. Where can i enter that?

ok well in the manual it says "ALways install DIMMs with the same CAS Latency. But i heard that was only a recommendation and that it didnt really matter. Also hwo do i know if my ram is doubleor single sided. Im so nervous that this isnt giong to work is there a chance that it just might not...

RAM Question.

Right now i have 2 sticks equalling 1gig of ram (512x2) in my ASUS K8N E-Deluxe. I have 3 slots total, so 1 left. My current pair is Geil Value Ram pc3200. I ordered the single gig stick of corsair xms, and am getting it for christmas (also pc3200). BUT, someone has suggested adding the new gig...

x1800xl vs. x1800xt

thats the only thing? im wanting to upgrade from my x850xt PE, i hear going form that to the 1800xl is a huge increase in performance, and going to the xt isnt much mroe of an incraese.

x1800xl vs. x1800xt

Hey guys, so can anyone tell me the major differences between the xl and xt? I know the xt has more onboard video ram, but will it put out that much more in game? My LCD only goes up to 1280x1024, and I hear the only advantage of an xt is being able to run at really high res. What are your guy's...
