E-350 1080p playback

Is that about the HD decode true for my 8400M GS as well? It can do 1080p fine over HDMI, in fact, I do it just about every day.

E-350 1080p playback

On my Dell XPS M1330 with Core 2 duo T9300 and 8400M GS I get bad lag in 1080p flash videos for some reason. Even on 720p videos on gamespot I get really bad stuttering. Maybe you have the same problem? It's definately a flash thing, because 1080p videos play without problems in VLC.

I suppose you could do the Dell Ultrasharp U2410. It's not LED, but it's H-IPS (and RELATIVELY cheap). LED backlighting doesn't do much besides saving power anyway.

It'll be used for gaming. The E2310 has HD, and is only 225USD, while the 2209WA is only 1680x1050 at 350 USD... but the 2209WA is E-IPS! I guess the central question is... will a gamer notice the supposedly better color on the 2209WA? Viewing angles don't matter to me.

Is Antec 300 pointless now that Antec 200 is out?

I mean, the 200 is about 10 USD cheaper, has more features and is basically the same design as the 300. It seems the only thing the 300 has going for it vs. the 200 is thumbscrews and a non-rubbish front. Am I missing something?

Topic. I'm torn between athlonII x2 240, x3 425, x4 620 and PHII 550. Would any of these be a waste of money at 1280x1024 gaming? Looking at benchmarks in reviews, all of the processors seem to get 60-70+ fps anyway, so I'm wondering if there's any point in going above x2 240 for gaming. CPU...

Why are the Crucial DDR3 Ballistix 1333MHz 6-6-6-20 the cheapest DDR3 Ram?

Buy cheap card now and wait for directx10?

I'm in the unfortunate situation that my card is broken (seems to be anyway). So I have to get a new card of course. Would it be clever to buy a cheap card, say 9800pro, and then when directx10 comes out, buy a new motherboard (I nforce3 so no PCI-E for me) and a shiny new directx card...

Hi. At the moment I'm having a hard time with my computer. Artifacts pop up everywhere, in games even on pictures in word, hell even on desktop sometimes. The text on bootup that says what graphics card you have and what amount of ram you have is all gibberish, it's like trying to open a word...
