I would personally suggest the x2 processor - I have my 3800 overclocked to 2.5 ghz with no problems and no special cooling really.
For the video card, the EVGA e-GeForce 7800 GT CO Edition apparently performs just as good as the GTX and will cost you the price of the GT you are looking at...
