I know Internet Explorer prints the web address when you print something from the internet. (other browsers may do this too) So print it and point out the web address. I think IE also prints the date/time. I would think that would be enough proof for them.

Logitech xbox controller in GREEN!

Policy is to sell open box items for retail-10%. Kinda funny, actually. There's a 15% restocking fee on returns that are working. Those returns get sold as open box. That's an extra 5% that BB gets on open box items. And managers discourage customer service reps from doing returns...

Holy Crap!!!

Not really. They've only had four BoC's. The #3 BoC, someone got a 61" DLP. I wouldn't consider that "cutting back." *shrug* Actually, come to think of it, I think they may have had 5 BoC's. In either case, the woot.com server has crashed EVERY time they've had the "Bag-of-Crap."

I'll have you know that I work for a retail development team. Consequently, I *KNOW* how long it takes to credit back the money. 24hrs MAX on the credit card company's end (~1min on the merchant's end). My point is that the card should not have been charged in the first place ... and THAT is why...
