Make sure that it is jumpered as master on one of the IDE channels. If there are no other IDE devices on the IDE channel (the SATA is seperate) then it needs to be master.
Maybe you meant that it was just secondary to the SATA drive by...

Does this BIOS Version set the RAM Speed to 166Mhz automatically if you change the CMD Rate from 2T to 1T?
I recall some of the older ones doing that.

Anybody know if Ntune Monitor works with these newer bios versions? The July and later ones didn't work with it AFAIK.
Strange that the support for nTune dissapeared...
Anyway, I was just testing and noticed something odd. If I set the RAM timing to 1T instead of 2T then the RAM clock is set to 166mhz instead of staying at 200mhz. I am running 2x 512mb of OCZ Platinum Rev2. I don't see why it does that...

I installed the newest BIOS for the 9NPA+ Ultra 9npa5804.bin
The only problem I have at the moment is that the Nvidia Ntune Monitoring Program (NVMonitor.exe) does not work...
