    I really believe MaxPC is paid off by Nvdia, as you'll often get those "The power of Three!" minimags with your issue, and they seem to constantly favor NV Cards in their tests. (Like there video card showdown where they crowned the 7900gtx a victor...)

    Or, Ironk, since you want under 100 dollars, check out the Antec NSK 2400 (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16811129014) It's cheap, and quiet, and the PSU is top notch. Antec has good CS, so I wouldn't worry about not getting a replacement PSU if it happens to die.

    emachine d3024 not support athlon?

    Not sure idf this will help, but I have an old Emachines here that does the same thing (Beeps, no boot) when anything other than how it shipped stock is plugged in. (I tried switching out the RAM- no flow.)

    I am running bios 3.4, but cannot get the config listed on the Speedfan website to work. It loads, but simply wiill not detect anything other than my two HDDs, is anyone else having this issue?

    It looks great, but just one idea, turn your HDDs around, so that the wires can be easily snaked out the back.

    Currently, I have 2 Hauppag PVR-150s fr standard Cable, I don;t do any HD, so I can't help there. Also, the "DualTV MCE" by Nvidia and the Theater 550 by ATi are great competitors.
