    never had any problems with Win Vista/64 -- not worthwhile for me to upgrade to 7 and don't like what I heard about 8.1. will probably go for Win 10 next year. If DSR is unsupported in Win Vista, not a big loss.

    absolutely agree -----> QTE's are horrible --- the other thing is pathetic scripting (mostly seen with COD and a few other FPS's) wherein passing an invisible barrier causes enemies to either stop spawning or continue to spawn until the next line is crossed.

    I think on the PC you might be able to disable the music for MW3 (at least for sp) by renaming the miles folder to "dismiles" --- have not tried that yet though to see if it works. But that would be a big plus for the PC version (assuming you want to even bother with the sp portion of the game).

    UPDATE: This morning, I reinstalled Origin and BF3 --- they fixed this (SP/offline issue). I can now start Origin, go "offline" and when I then click on the game icon/launcher, the game will, by default, bypass battlelog (yeah!) and go right to the SP campaign. This was not working...
