Mike,
I signed up more than one week ago and haven't received neither costumer agreement nor welcome package (supposing they are two different things). The only thing I have received so far are two letters, one describing how to transfer funds from another brokerage account and one asking...
dakata24: The 4x4x24 IDE model it's JVC CD-RW 4224. The SCSI model is JVC CD-RW 4224S. According to the model number, JVC considers them 4x2x24. I don't know why S&M sells them as 4x4x24. I don't have a CD-RW media at home so I couldn't test the RW speed.
Topher: I believe Ricoh is the...
Justdeals takes responsability for the 30 days warranty if you buy from them. They bought a huge stock of S&M from the liquidators.
The 4x4x24 SCSI is a 4x2x24 JVC. I bought one from ubid for $110 shipped some days ago and took it apart to find the manufacturer. Had I known before i...
Good deal indeed. Today only.

OOoohh! The software that manages the forum has been upgraded. Are those little icons on the top of the reply window something new or is it just that I've never noticed them...
It would be nice also if they protected their info a little better. Talk about _private...

Update: I sent them an email about that.
Further update:
Thank you very much I was completely unaware of this fact. As you may have noticed, I am having...
No Folleys here where I live in NC. However today I went to Linen 'n Things where they're having an annual sale and bought a king size goose down conforter for $79. MSP is $185. There was also a cheaper one for $59 but I didn't like it.
Not as a hot deal as the above, but still an interesting price.
Has anyone who participated to first cycle received his or her camera? I haven't received a shipping notice yet.
Edit: Of course one should look at home before talking. I got mine. No battery recharger, only 4 alkaline batteries.
I put my order and brought it down to $216.95.
For those who cannot make it to the cycle or don't want to wait for Pointclick to issue the check, Cameraworld is selling the very same camera for $195.95.
moe the sleaze: I received my Palm from Citi/fi about a week ago, just few days before 60 days from opening the account. Now I hope I am getting the free neoprene case...
Warning: do not register for this deal or all your info will be stored in a world-readable file. I am not giving out the URL but you could easily figure it out by yourself if you look at the html code.
DJBruin: I received mine today. Indeed the packing slip has the price on it. Strange, I bought other stuff from Staples, last time two weeks ago, and this is the first time that the price is on the slip.
I am gonna send it anyway. The other times Staples honored the rebate (months later, of...
Niege: thinking about it, you need to send only the packing slip, which doesn't show the price you paid for it, so they have no way of telling you used the coupon, unless they have access to the sale database, and I doubt the reabate center does.
Yoshi2000: thanks for the link. Funny that it has only odd features...
Niege: good question. I'll call the rebate center as soon as I hang up with the computer.
BTW, am I the only one that cannot reply to messages on the forum using Netscape 4.73? I I had to switch to M$-IE to reply. Netscape...
Yeah, I had noticed that too. I believe the description on the rebate form is wrong. The sku number matches though, so i think the rebate is valid. Maybe we should call CS to make sure...
MysteryE: look better on techbargains, there are other coupons that are not expired.
DJBruin: yes, the mail-in rebate does not count towards the purchase price, which will be over $50 before the coupons, so you can use it.
BTW, the final price will actually be $11.54, considering $0.66 for...
Here's what to do:
1. Order item 389583 here
http://www.staples.com/Catalog/Browse/SKU.asp?BCFlag=False&PageType=1&SKU=389583
2. Print the rebate form for $20 back.
3. Order item 642769 (clips) to kick the price over $50 from here...
PM4 was said to have a seriuos bug with ext2. Supposedly it has been fixed, there is a patch available. I haven't had any problem though. It's a tool I couldn't live without. Well, yes, I could, but my life is much easier with it.
