So I've had my PS3 for about 5 months

I've had both the 360 and PS3, sold the 360 and kept the PS3. Both console had no games and still has none but at least I use the PS3 to watch movies so eh.

Does your PS3 reboot when exiting games?

I only have GTA4 (new ps3) and yes it reboots fairly often when I exit the game. I thought it was normal? I do get errors message saying theres an error somewhere and I am being signed out of PSN though.

How do I get rid of the "Blue Hilite" when browsing "My Computer"?

The one that turns it into a link? Folder options, simple explorer view, turn that option off. Something like that anyways. I'm not on a PC atm so I can give exact name.

whats the DEFAULT NB (MCH) voltage for the DS3P?

Anyway Everest lists the chipset default voltage as 1.25v, not sure why yours not showing up. But yea no sensor but it can be used as a guide I guess as most won't stray too far from that on default. Like I said, mine was 1.27v on default.

How did you get your NB temp? I thought there isn't a temp sensor for the NB on this board. I know theres a temp sensor thats next to the SB that speedfan picks up. I don't know what software can read the NB voltage (nor do I think the board has a sensor for it) thats why I used a multimeter...

So...ALC889 > audigy 2 value except for EAX? Maybe its time I pull that audigy 2 out of the case. Not like I use EAX (vista user) and I'm not gonna pay for alchemy and my speakers arent setup for surround. I just use the audigy because I paid $90 for it :(

i measured mine to be around 1.27v using a multimeter. I have mine set at 0.025v higher in bios just so Vista would accept my overclock. Range I think its like 1.45v or something safe, don't quote me on that though. I personally wouldnt like it to exceed 1.4v without active cooling.

Louder fan doesn't overpower the quieter one... Flat IDE cable actually can be better than the rounded ones. Sure rounded ones allows air to flow around them easier, but flat ones allow you to bend and fold the cable to position it out of the way and often with todays motherboard layouts it...
