    Hmm I dont see a list of compatible ram o ntheir website, as far as I know any DDR2-800 ram should work. Its some kind of compatibility issue though, I traded ram with my brother and neither of us have hade any probles for a day :S

    Try testing the CPU in another motherboard? Also clear the CMOS and see if that helps.
