Well after setting mem speed to 2000, HT speeds to 1000, and basically forcing the BIOS to do what it should have figured out anyway and run everything at stock speeds, I was able to get 3230 on 3DMark05. Still not as good as the 3500 range scores I would get on my old Abit NF7-S Rev 2.0, but...
I think this motherboard sort of looks at the settings you put in the BIOS, and maybe decides to do that.
This time when I booted, CPU-Z says my memory frequency is 200 MHz; CPU/9... not sure why it wouldn't give me that last time.
Not that that helped my 3DMark05 score, I still am...

I just setup my ASRock 939Dual, with Athlon 64 3000+ I suppose it works and all, but I'm kinda disappointed in the AGP performance.
