Got errors after 4hr 30mins with Prime. Any advice on what i should do now? Raise voltage to cpu, put the multiplier down and raise the fsb some more? In the meantime i have put the fsb down to 215 and will run another test overnight.
Raised fsb to 220 and have my amd 4000+ running at 2.65ghz. Temps are 52 degrees while running Prime 95 and i have my gigibyte rocket 3D running at half speed. Should i worry about the temperature?

Tell me about it! In fact my temp is idling at an amazing 44c at the moment which is a massive 10c drop than with the side of the case on. I must have bought the worse case in the history of cases but my power button does light up so its a keeper :D
What were those temps again? I took the side of my case and my temp dropped to 48c from 54c which is nice so i may not need a Zalman but i am still tempted for overclocking purposes!
Only thing i will add here is that my side fan gives me an ear bashing i'd rather not have which brings me to my question, should i have air blowing into the case or sucking air out? The fan points directly towards the CPU. When the Fan is blowing into the case its quiet, when its sucking air...
