Hey PCTOYz,
I emailed you and left a message on your voicemail about my order (#100000002332017). The wrong item has been shipped to me and i have still not heard from you or the company. Please respond to me ASAP as i don't like being avoided once my money has made it into your hands.

Ok, i'm know this is probably a pretty dumb question and i'm sure i'm going to make a couple of you guys smile, but what the heck does BSOD stand for?? TIA
