Wireless bridge connection question

So all the hardware I have is Linksys & all the wireless hardware is the G standard. The issue I have is, if I can get the AP talking to the router, at the other end, will the AP still be able to act as an AP for employees in the existing office network in bridge mode? What confuses me...

ANY WAY to host own domain name??

I use www.zoneedit.com for dns services. They have very good help docs on how to set up and host your own domain. Buy a cheap domain from have the DNS servers set to what zoneedit assigns you and put in your IP address. I suppose you could set up your own DNS servers if you have a static IP...

Cendyne DVD burner, $200

There are many DVD writing standards so be careful which one you pick. I have a HP200i which is a DVD+R/w drive. The Cendyne is a DVD-R drive. There is a difference. Do your research before you buy.

PTC Pro/Engineer $14.95 for real!!

Pro/E Sucks! I use 200i2 and it is an awful piece of software. For those of you who ordered the CD, I hope you have a powerful enough PC. I have a Dell 620/Dual Xeon's at work - and it crawls when I open relatively small assemblies. Forget about using it with Windchill.

Swapping HD in XP

I'm having a real hard time with this. I have a 6 Gig drive on my XP machine. I am replacing with a 60 Gig drive. Traditionally with 9x OS's I used XCOPY32 to transger all my data. Any suggestions? What is the best way of upgrading your primary drive if you're using Windows XP?

Thanks for your help. I have several vendors w/ different solutions getting me quotes. It turns out that there are Fibre Channel Raid setup's that support as much as 10 Tb. And with higher transfer rates than I was expecting. Price is a little high, but what's a guy to do?

I was going to see if I can reposition the head such that it can read the data. It sounds like the drive is not spinning up, I know in the past a good drop on the floor got my drives working, but I don't want to try that with this one ;) It's an NTFS drive and I think I have almost 31Gb of data...
