Incessant Browxer Hijacking

This is getting rediculous!! Multiple times a day on Chrome browser on my S9. Why should I have run an ad block? No other forum I visit has this crap. Can't back out of the full page hijack, I have to reload and hope I dont get hijacked on the reload which lately has been happening a lot.

So, why are you not allowing payment from Google Wallet or Amex Serve. Seems like bullshit as you allowed Amazon payments, probably would Allow Apple too as they can do no wrong.... Had a post closed as I wasn't using a USD payment service and then found out that " we don't want that bs payment...

Could getting a Ageia Physx PPU lower fps with a HD4870?

using a PPU and ATI 4870X2's. No problems here. Just don't use newer PPU drivers from Nvidia as they don't work on the PPU. Physx and framerates are good.

Dual GT200 samples in December

Yeah, after owning both a 7950GX2 and 9800 GX2 I will never, ever buy another dual card made by Nvidia again. Because of those cards I was very hesitant to get a 4870X2. Night and day better. Not an ATI fanboi either, I have owned way, way more Nvidia cards. Nvidia's dual card driver support is...

I bought mine new. It is someone else that got screwed. For many people, you see a business selling computer parts on ebay that are new/sealed and it is stated that they have a warranty it is just like they purchased it from Newegg etc. There are many "Companies" that sell New computer parts...

Just was wanting to let everyone know that New/Sealed EVGA items purchased from a company on Ebay are not covered under the EVGA Warranty, even though it does not state so in the terms. EVGA themselves telling a customer he is out of luck. Beware what you purchase.

Windows XP OS not found!

I did something similar to that, except WinXP/Win Server 2003 AMD 64 version. When rebooting hit F8 and then choose last known good configuration. It will then give you choice of two OS's to boot from. Choose XP and voila!

Yep, anything newer than 1.0.0.32 lock up the system on reboot when it gets to the winXP load screen. The green bar goes back and forth slowly a couple times, pauses and then speeds up and three passes later it just locks. Oh well, I am going to get another Raptor anyway so I will need the raid...

Confused and need help with firewire pin config.

could I implement Daul Channel by use different size memory on nfore2 platform???

When using two sticks, they must be the same size and type memory, I.E. -two sticks 2-2-2-6 256 pc3200. Now if you use 3 sticks, you can use 2 128's of same memory in one chanel and 1 256 of same tipe in other channel and it should be fine, I.E. - 2 x128 pc3200 2-2-2-6 and 1 stick 256 pc 3200...

my new braggin rights :)

I can no longer get an accurate 3dmark 2001 score. Last time I benched it I got like not even 13000 with my new rig where as before on my xp 2400 and asus I would ge around 17400. It also shows that I am running dx 8.1 when I am using 9b Oh well.... Oh and Leeperpsu, get some memory...

Well, after playing with the settings in the bios I finally got 11x210 for 2310GHZ!!!!!! PCMark 2002: CPU: 7156 Memory: 6451 HDD: 928 ( I think SATA is what is wrong) I think my previous attemps failed due to my memory timings. I left everything at auto and set the fsb at 210 and tada! P.S...

OK, new prob with Gig 7n400 pro. I set my fsb to 210 and when it boots it shows 205. What gives??? Also if I set my multi to 10.5 It will not boot. I never had that prob with my old asus..

Both companys make fast processors and both have their own ways of making them fast. I used to run Intel only then switched to Amd for the price/performance ratio and they were beating Intel handily. I still think they do. I can't remember where I saw it but there was an article that showed same...

nforce2 ultra 400 question

It should hopefully say Nforce Ultra 400 somewhere in the description and also 400 fsb support, where as the old ones usually said 333 fsb and 400 ddr. But You should make sure before ordering.

Running 3000+ @ 200x11, 2-2-2-6, 1.675 vcore??? That is what this board defaults to. Other voltages are kind of wacky, a little under on most of them. I didn't have that prob with the asus.
