I don't think it does neither. I believe the intel C2Ds required a 965 chipset or higher (or a revised 946 chipset in some cases). The board seems a lil dated (with a ICH7 SB and DDR2 533/400 support), so it looks like 3btech is just dumping stock. It's not a bad deal if you're looking for...

originally, the burger was supposed to mock restaurant burgers (for example, Chili's burgers range from $6). After a while, you realize the meal costs $6, then the burgers got more outrageous with added toppings. That and add inflation, realization that the profit margin was too low, etc...

With Fry's, it's usually if it's one store, it's all stores. For example, when a store opens with a "grand opening" sale, all Fry's will (and have had in the past) have the exact same sale.

I agree with the statement that this is an econ P35 (like an Asus P5K SE). You'd be better off with a IP35-E if you can find one or hope it comes by again. (BTW, anyone get their rebate back for that board?)

pricewise it's about $100 after tax, so you cant find a bundle cheaper than that. You'll definitely won't get the best performance per price. DDR2 memory isn't much of an issue now (you can get 2gb PC-6400 for a lil over $20 after rebate). You can always get an Intel Pentium Dual Core...

[dead] Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro - $22 FS

Shipping was over 8 for me. After shipping, it's not worth it, since it normally retails for around $29.95 at my local store. I have the freezer pro 64 (K8 version of the freezer pro 7) and it's amazingly quiet. I don't know if the Rosewill version would have the same effect. Hope someone can...
