I got the exact same model off of craigslist last year. I bought mine for a bit less, but had to replace the flavorizer bars and the igniter. Given this model is about 10 years old, its in fantastic shape.
Went during slow periods, got free dining, had airline miles to cover four of us so we had to pay for one ticket. Also used a couple of cash back CC offers, the ones that offer $100/200 back when you spend $500, over a few cards to lower the cost.

It cost me $200 to have my car towed a mile, store overnight, and then re-towed back to my house to avoid the $40/day "storage" of my vehicle on their lot.

I will vouch for this. Last year summer was lame. Cold, wet. One day it was what 85? The rest of it was low 70s. This year has been amazing. Hot from the start of June. Still hot now. mid 80s. Summer lasts until about Labor day and then drops off quick. By November the high is usually 45-50.
What? You mean to tell me that the people who constructed this didn't have in mind to make it smooth and safe at the bottom for dam sliding? Sounds like a ripe opportunity to sue the dam company for billions when I get hurt.

I didn't give my current employer as a reference. They went ahead and called my manager...that was awkward, but it got me this offer and I am going to take the sales job.
Need advice about a job. I just went through interviewing and was offered a job at another company. A small bump in pay compared to what I am making now. I accepted and I am not supposed to start for a month.

I have two of them. One growing herbs and the other has lettuce. Got a great deal off buy.com and off of craigslist. It works great, but on my next grow round I will focus on the herbs I use on a routine basis. I planted a few herbs just to see how they grow and everything came up in abundance.
