RobsTV, That does pose an interesting question... Arent most laptops customized to conserve power? So the mainboard\peripherals\VPU\CPU are slightly different to consume less wattage? but then again, 90W seems still too low. SSVegeta1010 its an MATX case so there arent too many...

I know better for next time, my friend just wanted one of their cases beacuse it was eye catching and cheap. The PSU was just an added freebie. Any help on the motherboard issues would be appreciated. Are there any other things I can do to try to get this damned thing working?

Ok... Ok... Did the thing mentioned above... My Athlon 1800 is not garbage, but still no full post. Gave up, punched some drywall, and few minutes later... Changed projects and started to build a P4 Prescott machine for a buddy, and used the same power supply I had used with the KT800...

I guess there aren't many Socket A Heatpipe cooling solutions, or any chip other than video I guess. Maybe when they are more abundant I will ask the forum again. Thanks for the input everman.

Lower your CPU temp by 10 degrees C in 10 minutes!

Are the heatsinks for FC-PGA & Celeron PPGA compatable?

Best board to overclock a Celeron II

Personally, I think the Asus P3B-F still is one of the best BX boards out there for overclocking (especially celerons). I have tried Asus BX and VIA chipsets and BX has a 10% better chance of achieving higher speeds with the same CPU. But if youre looking for more options with a cheaper board...
