For NAT traversal you will need to use UDP, I don't see any other way around it except for relays. Take a look at UDT (http://udt.sourceforge.net/) and Maidsafe-DHT (http://code.google.com/p/maidsafe-dht/).
Try different refresh rates. If you are using the VGA cable with an LCD monitor look for an Auto-Adjust setting. You will need to re-adjust any time you change refresh rates.
I didn't think there was any special setting, just grasping at straws. After unsuccessfully trying 2 different KVM brands I'll assume there's some bug in PS/2 ports of my mobo causing the problem. I'll have to look for a USB KVM that works decently.

Yes, one card with two outputs will do what you want. You will be able to drag windows between the two monitors, watch a movie on one monitor and read email on another, etc.
Download process explorer and see what's going on while the stuttering occurs. Try removing all cards except for the video card. Run anti-spyware and anti-virus software. Disable cool and quiet.
Pulled the power cable, pulled all components, left the battery out overnight. Still won't post, the fans and drives spin up but no beep and no video. I think an RMA is in my future.
I have a Gigabyte GA-K8N51GMF-9 6100/430 mobo. Thought I would try using the bundled Easytune utility to see if I could get a little more overclock (was running A64 x2 3800+ @ 2200 ). I decreased the multiplier and increased the FSB and the thing froze.

Most applications are single threaded and won't see a speed up themselves with the second core. The OP probably wants to know if these tasks will run the same speed on the dual core box.
