Anyone have experiences with refurb mobos from newegg? It says they might or might not come with all the accessories, which is what's keeping me from ordering the asus a7v8x with firewire/raid (which I haven't found in stock anywhere else).

Problem burning to DVD-R using Memorex/Nero

I use Winamp to play back the mp3 files. I've tried double-clicking directly on the dvd (some work, some don't) and also copying the files the desktop (the ones that won't work won't even copy...some "invalid parameters" msg pops up). Do you think I should try burning an ISO/UDF disc? I've...

FLAMING HOT - Cheapest High quality DVD-R @ $1.38 each / DVD-RW @ $1.59 each / DVD+R @ $4.49 each / DVD+RW @ $4.99 each

Anyone have any experience with Sony or CompUSA-brand DVD-R discs? I only need to burn 10-15 discs for backup purposes so I don't mind paying the slight premium for the name-brand discs (ya I know they're probably just rebadged "generics" but oh well :)).

I ordered the bare drive from RoyalPC and now I need software..does Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 work with DVD-R drives? Or will I have to get Nero (for burning, not authoring). CyberLink PowerDirector came with the drive but I'm guessing that's only for authoring multimedia DVDs? I've never...

Where to buy empty dvd cases (the retail ones)?

Thx for the url. I just ordered a few from inetdvd.com I believe. They were $0.59 each but at least I knew they were the ones I needed. Crappy thing was it cost me $2.95 for five, but shipping was another $5.50! Ugh oh well :(

I don't think we ever had a legit shot at Duncan anyway, so I could care less about the lost cap room. LaFrentz is an upgrade over any center we've ever had. And unlike Juwan, he can actually make the WIDE open jumper! ;) Van Exel should be great at sg. The guy may not shoot the highest...

Nugs will suck for a while, but at least they cleared some capscpace by unloading Van Exel's and Abdul-Wahad's contracts. Juwan's contract will look mighty good to them once it expires and they're left with a HUGE chunk of available cap space. But then again, having money doesn't necessarily...

Thanks for the input! It's not really the dealer who's doing it. But it's a tint shop who works very closely with them, and actually goes there a couple times a week to tint the cars. I didn't really want to take it to another shop, b/c I know tinting the back windows for my car (bmw 330ci)...
