I have 2 sata HDDs with XP on one. I had problems before with booting up before when I had 2 satas and 2 IDEs (something about the IDEs taking over as primary).
How do I pop this IDE HDD in without causing any problems?
I just tried removing the IDE hdd, and running the repair installation deal from the windows setup utility and it still pauses after the windows loading screen.
I have no idea where to go from here. Is the only thing thats going to fix my computer a format and fresh install? =\

Well I tried getting to that repair screen that didnt come up before and I got to it!
It started repairing and then I got this:
'Setup cannot copy the file: wmerrenu.dll"
Retry, skip, or quit...
