How long before Octacore CPU's ???

quad cores support is not even implemented in most software, octa-core wouldnt make sense for at least another year and a half.

My budget is $100. There is a: SimpleTech 250GB HD @ local BB for 89.99 DigitalResearch 320GB HD @ local BB for 99.99 Kaser 160GB HD @ local BB for 99.99 Lacie PorcheDesign 500GB @ local BB for 129 Are any of the one i listed any good? what do you guys recommend?

I have 1 gig of ram atm, X2 3800 @ 2.5ghz, gonna get an 8800gt in couple of days. But want to know if i should add another gig of ram or not.

Need a cheap case

stuff thats going inside it : gigabyte 935p-DS3 C2D E6550 Thermalright 120 (maybe) 8800GT maybe or something similar Enermax Liberty 500w one hard drive and one dvd drive I dont care about looks at all, i just want one with good airflow. How is the coolermaster 330 or Centurion 534...

I am Playing it on XP (DX9) and that benchmark compares them in Vista (DX10). Do you guys still think i should get a dx10 card(2600xt/8600gts) because i have no plans to use vista?

I will stick with the 6800 gt maybe get the 7800 gt if the price goes to $400 (CDN)(rite now $500) but not the GS. And i will go for a value ram Corsair. Any other suggestions????
